Wash ur rice very well and remove ol d dirt n pick out all small stones n soak ur rice (used for making tuwo) overnight

Add little quantity of cooked rice n blend untill smooth

Add in ur yeast n sugar(how sweet u want it) n keep in a warm place untill it doubles it's quantity

Dice onions into small chunks and add to d batter

Heat up oil in oil ur Masa fryer and pour in batter depending on how big u want ur masa to b

Repeat step 5 until ur batter is finished and serve with miyan taushe, grinded pepper or quli quli
