Peel all the ingredients.

Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh.

Cut the half bell pepper, half garlic clove, half cucumber, and core and chop the apple. Place all these ingredients in the blender jar.

Gradually add the water until you reach your desired consistency. If the gazpacho tastes bitter (which is unlikely), you can add a little sugar.

This gazpacho is delicious, refreshing, and light. Serve it very cold.
