Ingredients

6 people
  • 2 cupmaida (All purpose flour)
  • 2 tbspsuji
  • 2 tbspwheat flour
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tspajjwain
  • 3 tbspoil for moun
  • 2 tspsaly
  • 200 gmsoil for frying
  • 1 cupveg soy kheema for filling
  • 1big onion
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspamchur powder
  • 2 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tspchat masala
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 2 tspjeera
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 tbspsalt

Steps

60 mins
  1. 1

    Firstly boil the soya kheema in enough water for atleast 15_20 mins.

  2. 2

    Now strain it in a strainer and rinse it with cold water directly under thectap and leave it in a strainer to remove the excess water.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds when they start spluttering add onion and saute it nicely.

  4. 4

    Now add all the spices stir well.
    Now add the soya kheema graules mix it well and cook on low flame till all the water is absorbed.

  5. 5

    The mixture should be quite dry.
    Off the flame add the coriander leaves mix well and let it cool

  6. 6

    Make small lemon size balls from the dough and roll it.

  7. 7

    Prepare all the samosas and keep them.in a samp cloth.

  8. 8

    Once you finish making all the samosas heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown in colour and crispy

  9. 9

    Mix all the ings and add lukewater to knead a dough..
    Make a hard dough
    Cover it and let it rest.
    Till then prepare the filling..

    Enjoy your yummiiii hot samosas with green chutney as evening snacks..
