Hot sauce /ketchup
Red onion
Jalapeño
Olive

Fold half a tortilla, in one side add cheese, red onion slice or small pieces, jalapeño,olive

Add ketchup and a small amount of hot sauce cover with other side then grill for minute or two on each side

Cut into triangle size and enjoy
