In a large vessel add water and bring it to boil. Add salt and 1 tsp oil while water is boiling to prevent spaghetti from sticking with each other.

After water starts boiling, add spaghetti to it and let it cook properly. After it is done, remove it from water and pour cold water over it. Preserve the pasta water as will use it later on.

In another vessel add oil. Add garlic, chopped onions and let it saute till onion become transluscent.

Now add spinach leaves and let it cook properly. After it is done, let it cool down a bit as we have to make paste of it.

Add it to mixture jar to grind it coarsely.

In a vessel, add paste of spinach, salt, pepper powder, cream cheese and ¼ cup of pasta water. Mix it well. Cook it for 2 minutes on a low flame.

Serve it hot.You can add more cheese while serving if you like.
