Ingredients

  1. Ingredients: For the Paneer tikka filling:
  2. 1 cuppaneer
  3. 1/2 cupdeseeded and cubed tomato
  4. 1/2 cup Capsicum cubed
  5. 1 tbsp Oil
  6. For Marinade: 1/4 cup low fat curds (dahi), beaten
  7. 1 tspchilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspginger paste
  10. 1/4 tspgarlic paste
  11. 1/2 cupbesan
  12. 2 tspchaat masala
  13. 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  14. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. As neededChapati
  17. 1 cupwheat flour
  18. 1/2 cupwater
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. 1 tspbutter
  21. As neededGreen chutney mayo

Cooking Instructions

    Make Paneer tikka:

    Add the paneer and tomatoes to the prepared marinade and toss lightly.
    Leave aside for 10 minutes.
    Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes.

    Add the paneer mixture and sauté over a high flame for 4 to 5 minutes, and after saute remove on gas.

    Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
    Divide the dough into equal portions.

    Roll out each portion into a thin chapati.
    Cook each chapati lightly on a tava griddle
    on both sides. Keep aside.

    Make Frankie:

    Divide the paneer tikka filling into equal portions.spread 2 tsp mint mayonnaise or green chutney
    Spread one portion of the filling in the centre of each chapati and roll up tightly.

    When you want to serve, cook the rolls on a hot tava and set stand for grilled..and after grilled serve hot with sauce..
