Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 1lemon
  3. 1yogurt
  4. 1yogurt container of extra virgin olive oil
  5. 3yogurt containers of flour
  6. 5dates
  7. 1 packetbaking powder
  8. 1 tspcinnamon
  9. Grated ginger
  10. 1 splashanise

Steps

  1. 1

    Preferably soak the dates the night before. If not, soak for 15 minutes in warm water.

  2. 2

    In the bread maker pan, add the slightly beaten eggs, a splash of anise, yogurt, lemon zest and juice, oil, the soaked dates mashed into a paste, flour, and baking powder in this order.

  3. 3

    Set the bread maker to the cake program. On mine, it takes 1 hour and 50 minutes. Light crust.
