Ingredients

  1. 1 cupurad dal (White lentils)
  2. 1 tspCumin seeds
  3. 1onion
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1 cupcoriander chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. as required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the urad dal for 6 hours. Now remove the water from it and clean it.

  2. 2

    Now make a fine paste by using grinder and in this add chopped onions, green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander, salt and mix well.

    Now make small balls from it and fry them in hot oil until it turns brown on low flame.

  4. 4

    Tasty Urad Dal Pakora is ready. Serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
