Ingredients

10 miniutes
3 servings
  • 150 gmsoaked urad dal
  • 1 Tsphing / asafoetida
  • 1 TspCumin seeds
  • 1 Tspwhole coriander seeds
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 1big onion chopped
  • 1 Tspcoriander leaf
  • 2chopped Green chilli
  • 1 Tspchilli flakes
  • 1 Tspsalt
  • as requiredOil for frying
  • 1 Tspmango powder

Steps

10 miniutes
  1. 1

    In a mixture griender put soaked Dal,Hing, garlic, çumin seeds,

    Grind it coarsely.

  3. 3

    Now mix all remain things, except oil.

  4. 4

    Heat a wok,add oil,let it hot.

  5. 5

    Put mixtures small balls in the hot oil,Fry it golden in the medium Heat.

  6. 6

    Then remove it from the flame.

  7. 7

    Serve it hot- hot with any sauce or chuteny.
