Soak dal for 6 hours. Rub soaked dal between palms so the skin comes out. Do this in a vessel with water so the dal skin will float on top.

Remove the dal without skin & grind along with green chillies & garlic. Don't add water

Now to grinded dal add chopped onions & all spices. Add coriander leaves & mix all well.

Fry in hot oil & serve these crispy fritters with green chutney.
