In a pan heat butter and oil.

Add maida. Cook for a minute. Add milk and stir continuously without forming lumps.

Add cheese and salt pepper and oregano. Mix well. White sauce is ready and keep aside.

Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped onions and all Capsicums and saute for a minute.

Add salt and pepper. Mix well. Add boiled pastas. Stri it and add white sauce, cheese cream.

Mix well. Add mixed dried herbs. Give it a stir. Finally add grated cheese and mix well.

Garnish with chilli flakes and serve hot.
