Prepare the syrup: in a pot add water, sugar and cardamon, Et it on low heat, until the sugar is completely melted. Then set aside.

For the gulab Jamun, add oil and all the dry ingredients and mix all, then add the liquid milk little by little till the mixture turns in to a soft dough. Then make small balls with it (to your desired sizes).

Heat oil in deep pan(with low heat) then place your gulab jamuns in and fry by stirring slowly,till golden brown.

Very soft and yummy 😍

Put the gulab jamuns in the syrup for 30 minutes,.... Ready to be served.
