  • 1 ltrfull fat milk
  • 200 gmssabhudana
  • 500 gmssugar
  • as requiredDry fruits
  • 1/2 tspElaichi powder
  • fewstrands of saffron

    Wash and soak sabhudana over night

  2. 2

    Boil milk in heavy bottomed pan keep stirring occasionally add sabhudana sugar mix it add saffron and dry fruits cook till it thickens serve hot with Puri or paratha you can serve chilled as well.
