In a cooker add ghee add jeera. Cook till jeera change colour. Add ginger and chopped onion.Cook till golden brown..

Add lauki and cook for 5-7 mints. Add chopped tomatoes and salt, haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder except jeera powder and garam masala. Mix well

On high flame give 2 whistles,after whistle keep it on low flame for 2-3 mins.

After the pressure drops. Open the cooker add jeera powder and garam masala.Cook for 3-4 mints. Serve hot
