Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMultigrain atta
  2. 1/4 cuprice flour
  3. 1/3 cupRagi flour
  4. 1 cupcoriander leaves
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. As neededRed Chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1 tspsesame seeds
  9. 1 tbspGinger chilli paste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take Multigrain atta,riceflour,rahi atta, coriander leaves in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add Ginger and chilli paste, coriander seeds,cumin seeds,salt, redchilli and haldi and mix well

  3. 3

    Add a tbsp of roasted sesame Seeds.add oil and water to make a dough.

  4. 4

    Keep aside to rest

  5. 5

    Flatten the dough in a steam plate and steam for 10-15 mins

  6. 6

    Sprinkle some sesame on top.cut in square pieces

  7. 7

    Fry in hot oil and serve
