Cooking Instructions

Firstly in a pressure cooker add 1/2 tsp salt,some water and jackfruit.presssure cook for 1-2 whistles.Cool it,peel off seeds and clean it.

Grind onion and tomato.Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the jackfruit on medium flame.

After that in same wok heat 6-7 tbsp oil,add bay leaf,cumin seeds, asafoetida and cardamom powder.Splutter cumin seeds then add Ginger garlic paste and mix it.

Now add onion paste and cook it on high flame for 4-5 minutes.after that cook it on medium flame until the colour becomes golden brown.

After that add tomato and mix it.cook it for 6-7 minutes on medium flame.

Now add all dry ingredients and mix it.Cook it for 6-7 minutes on medium flame.after that add fried jackfruit in it.Mix it very well.

Then add 11/2 cup water in it,mix it very well.Now cover it with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.Now vegetable is ready.
