Green grams curry#4weekschallenge
This is my mums way of cooking green grams .

Soak the green grams for a couple of hours.put oil in a pressure cooker and put on heat and add in the onion.fry until light in colour.chop the tomato and a pc of garlic and add it in,mix well.add in half cup water,salt,tomato paste and the royco cube,green chilli (chopped).mix well.let it cook on low heat for a minute.

Add in the green grams after draining the soaked water and mix.add in some more water until it goes above the grams.cover the pressure cooker and cook for 15-20 minutes.switch off.after few minutes remove in a serving dish and before serving, garnish with the coriander.
