Rosogolla is the most favourite dessert in India. Making process is also very simple. You can add any flavour or colour on the syrup to make it more beautiful.

Firstly boil the milk. After give it a good boil add vinegar or lemon juice. Now separate the chena from water. For that just keep it aside for 30 mins.

Now for sugar syrup in a pan add 3 cup of sugar and 5 cup of water. Add cardamom. Let it boil till the sugar gets dissolved. Let it cool.

After 30 mins take out the chena and give it a smooth dough shape. For that knead the dough for 20 mins without cracks. Now make small balls. Now put all the balls into sugar syrup and boil it for 20 mins on lower flame. Cover the pan while boiling the balls. After 20 mins switch off the flame and keep it for 2 hrs. Add kewra water. After 2 hrs your Rosogolla is ready to eat.
