Ingredients

  • 2 cupCooked basmati rice(without salt)
  • 1 cupgrated Chocolate or per your taste
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 8-10Almonds
  • 8-10Cashew
  • 10-12 raisins
  • Some white chocolate for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat non stick pan, add ghee.
    Then add cooked rice and saute few minutes.
    Now add grated chocolate and mix well.

  2. 2

    Mix gently till all rice coated with chocolate.
    Garnish with fried Almonds, cashew, raisins and white chocolate chips.
    Serve hot.
