  • 2Raw Banana
  • 100 gmcurd
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 2 tspCorinder powder
  • to tasteSalt according
  • Ghee as required
  • As neededcorinder leaves

    Boil banana. Peel and cut. Heat ghee.. fry pieces.

    Take a bowl. Put curd and all dry masala.. mix well. Heat a vok. Put ghee, Hing and cumin. Crackle. Add curd mixture.. mix..

    Roasted. Then add fry banana. mix well. Add water as required gravy 1 glass water. Boil 2_3 boil. Then gas off. Banana curry ready put corinder leaves...
