Line a round pan with butter paper and grease it

Put sugar, corn syrup and water in a sauce pan and heat gently until melted.now in high flame boil it quickly and continue to stir until golden brown in colour.

The colour should be brown and thick but the sugar should not burn

Now switch off the gas and add soda bicarbonate in it and then stir quickly for a few seconds as it will create foam and fizz

Carefully pour it into a pan which is already greased with butter paper and leave it to set and cool.

When it sets, broke the honey comb into bite sized chunks.

Serve it in fondue bowl with hot chocolate.
