It's a healthy,tasty & nutritious recipe. Yes, it's can serve as dessert cos it's naturally sweet, OMG u guys need to try it seriously.
Note: do not add water the evaporated milk serve as the liquid nd off course watermelon as enough water.😋😋😋👌.

Very simple and economical.
Steps

Peel, rinse and cut watermelon into small cubes (i removed the seed, but it's optional)

Break the coconut and wash it. Grate the coconut with the large side of greater and set aside

Soak the date for some minute to soft a bit for easy cutting
- 4
Put in a bowl the watermelon (chopped), coconut(grated), the date cut into small pieces and pour in the evaporated milk (peak or hollandia evap), turn to mix well with spoon.

Cover and put the bowl in freezer for 20 minute to chill. Ready to serve.
