Tear the bread into pieces and soak it in 1 cup of water with vinegar, salt, garlic, and almonds. Let it sit for a while until the bread is fully soaked. Then blend everything together very well, slowly adding the olive oil to help it emulsify.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture. Taste and add more salt if needed. Adjust the thickness to your liking by adding more water if you prefer it thinner.

Serve very cold, garnished with seedless grapes or small cubes of melon.
