Steps

Take a bowl and add dry ingredients. Mix well

Add butter and milk slowly to avoid lumps

Add salt to the cooker and preheat for 10mints

Put a steel bowl or cutter to increase the height.

Grease the baking pan and add the mixture into it. Tap to remove air bubbles

Put in in cooker and close the lid with non whistle and gasket. Let it be there for 25 to 30mints

Check with the tooth pick for it's cooking check

Take the bowl out of the cooker and let it cool for 30mints

Take it out of the pan and garnish with gems and chocolate syrup.

It's ready to serve.
