Mix soybean oil with the flour.. Add lukewarm water as much required.. Now take a pan add soybean oil and add smashed boiled potatoes with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, fennel seeds, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice..mix all the ingredients well and fry them for 5 minutes..

Turn off the flame and let the potato mixture become cool.. Now add the potato mixture with the flour and make a soft dough... Now take tawa,heat it in low flame and brush oil into it.. Now from the the dough make paratha in round shape by pressing it by hand palms in a flat surface and fry it on tawa.. When paratha changes colour to golden brown (don't over cook) in both sides..serve it hot...
