Cut the onions and fry them in oil till well cooked and let them cool

In a bowl mix the flour and salt. Add in some cooking oil and rub in till you form crumbs

Pour the fried onions in the flour mixture and mix well

Make a dough by adding water to the flour bit by bit as you knead. Then add some oil to the dough. Cover and let it rest for 1 hr

Roll out the dough and apply some oil.

Cut into strips and roll them up

Allow them to rest for another 30 mins. Then roll one by one and make chapati

Serve and enjoy with the stew of your choice
