6masala sausage @khansmeat
1onion sliced
2medium tomatoes sliced
2-3green chilies roughly chopped
1/2 tspgarlic freshly chopped
Salt & pepper
1/2 tspchilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric
1/2 tspPortuguese chicken spice
2 tsp@krea_sa egg spice
Chopped coriander

Steps

Add little oil in a pan.
Shallow fry sausage.
Cut into slices.
Same pan add more oil then add chopped garlic.
Then add onion and sauté.
Now add green chilies and tomato.
Add chilli powder,turmeric,chicken spice and salt.

Cook 5 min.
Then add cooked Sausage.
Mix well and add eggs.
Sprinkle some egg spice,salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on very low flame.
Sprinkle some chopped coriander and serve hot.
