Ingredients

  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • as per taste sugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  • as required oil for frying

    Mix everything well.Keep aside for 30 mins

    Heat oil add a ladleful batter in hot oil and allow to cook on medium flame
