To prepare this chicken briyani haryali,wash and soaked the rice for half an hour,then in a large bowl,add the chicken and vinegar over it and set aside for 10 min. Meanwhile prepare the vegetables given and chopped them finely.

After 10 min wash the chicken,mix with ginger paste,water,and salt, over it and boil in a pressure cooker to 3 whistle and keep aside.prepare the ingredients for frying one sliced onion,3 green chillies chopped,ginger,garlic,cardamon,1 bay leaf,hing,and mace on it.

Now transfer the broth and the chicken,to a large bowl and set it aside.now heat oil in the same pressure cooker,add cumin seeds,bay leaf,cardamom and cloves and let them splutter.

Next,add the chopped onions along with the ginger and garlic paste and saute them rill the onion turns light brown in colour.

Then add the chopped tomatoes,green chillies,cumin powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,and salt.saute them and mix all the ingredients properly.

Now add the prepared chicken pieces with garam masala powder,coriander leaves,onion leaves, and lemon juice.pour the chicken broth and bring it to a boil in a medium flame. Add half of the soaked basmati rice and cook it for 1 to 2 whistle.

Divide the mixture and pour green colour into each mixture. Then in deep bottom pan add the uncooked remIning rice with biryani perfume,garam masala powder,salt and water,cook till it's soft and done.

Place layer of the prepared rice and top it with ghee and lemon juice.set aside with closed lid for 10 to 15 min sprinkle fried finelt aliced onion on the top.and enjoy the delicious biryani.
