Ingredients

  • 1 bunchsaag cleaned and washed
  • 1/2onion sliced
  • 1green chilli
  • as per tastesalt
  • 2-3gloves garlic
  • as requiredoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add garlic cloves and onion then fry a bit.

  2. 2

    Add washed saag and allow it to cook on low flame by adding little water.

  3. 3

    Once done serve with roti or rice.
