Ingredients

  1. 6-7medium sized potatoes, parboiled
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 8-10 clovesgarlic chopped
  4. 1 inchginger chopped
  5. 3-4dry red chillies
  6. 1 cupcapsicum diced
  7. 1/2 cupspring onions chopped
  8. 1/4 cuppeanuts
  9. 1 tsphoney
  10. 5 tbspschezwan sauce
  11. 1 tspsoy sauce
  12. 100 mlwater
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1/4 tspwhite pepper powder
  15. Slurry(1 tbsp cornflour and 2 tbsp water)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped ginger, garlic and red chillies. Saute for a few seconds. Then add onion, capsicum and spring onions.saute for a few seconds.

    Now add the peanuts, honey, schezwan sauce and soy sauce. Saute for a few seconds and add 10) ml water. Add the cornflour slurry and let it boil.

    Meanwhile cut the parboiled potatoes into cubes and deep fry them till golden. Add the potatoes to the gravy. Lastly garnish with spring onion. Greens and Enjoy!!
