- I head a story when I was young , In my language "Puli ' means Tamarind in cooking and tiger for animals. While narrating how to make Puli Sadam (rice) it seems people of the same culture considered cooking tiger meat . I consider them as Armature (LOL)

- For tempering: Mustard seeds, Cashews, Carrot, ginger, salt, chopped green chillie,oil

- Salt,curry leaves, Fennel seeds,Oil for frying
- It is interesting that how I learned this combination. I had Ethiopian Food in Chicago in November 2012 . There they served Injera bread with 5 curries (Veg Platter ). I tried the same with Indian spices.
