Wheat Flour
Sliced onion
Sliced Ginger
Sliced Green Chilies
Salt,curry leaves, Fennel seeds,Oil for frying

Steps

Add salt with the onion and let it like that for 30 mins. The water from onion will be separated.Now Squeeze and take out the water Now add all ingredients and couple of table spoon of heated oil to make the fritters dough.

Fry the pakora/fritters in oil.

Tip: You can Add Shredded cabbage/Chopped Spinach, Shredded Zucchini /Shredded,Shredded potato along with Onion to make this receipe.
