Squeeze the shredded chayote to take out the water and add it along with Omelette mixture(Beaten egg, salt, spring onion chopped, turmeric, red chili powder/green chili chopped) to make the receipe

Tip:have to peel the skin and take out the seeds from the chayote to shred
