There are MANY no bake cookies out there but this one does not have the peanut butter, this results in a more chocolatey cookie.

We have a VERY picky eater in the house and she won't touch boxed mac and cheese but will TEAR this up, the cream of onion soup is the "secret" ingredient and she doesn't even realize its there.

1. 12 oz Package tri color rotini pasta
2. 1 each Ripe tomato, chopped
3. 1 1/2 cup Red onion, minced
4. 1 each Cucumber, peeled and chopped fine
5. 8 oz Ham, diced
6. 8 oz Provel cheese ropes (can substitute)
7. 1 packages Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing mix
8. 3 tbsp Water
9. 1/4 cup Vinegar
