Cooking Instructions

Slice your carrot boil together with peas.....drain water and set a side.....in a frying pan fry onion with little oil, add your boiled peas, salt, tumeric and paprika

Stir let them cook for 2mins then set a side.....ina a bowl measure your flour add a little salt.....knead with Luke warm water using your hands

When done kneading let it rest for about 10mins....divide the dough into small portions.....take one portion make it circular and apply oil generously

Add on top another portion to make it two stuck together.... Now roll them together to thin....put in a heated pan pre-cook both sides

Remove the from each other while hot.....repeat the same process with the other dough when done....cut off the sides.....then cut them into 4pieces

Make a paste using flour and water for closing the pockets.......fold the pockets and add in the peas filling

Ready!.....heat up oil till hot and deep fry till golden brown....now serve with your favourite drink.....yum! Yum!
