Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsAmla(goose berries)
  2. 1/2 cupJaggery
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspjeera (cumin seeds)
  5. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Amla and steam/boil for 5-10 mins(I steamed it). Don't over cook.

    Let it cool down completely. Take out the seeds of Amla. Mix Jaggery(you can adjust the quantity according to taste), red chilli powder, jeera/cumin powder, salt in aamla.

    Grind all ingredients to soft paste. Enjoy this tangy chutney with Roti, rice.
