Flax seed is grown since the beginning of civilization. It contains fibers , Omegas-3-fatty acids , Vitamin B1 ,B6 , nutrients like calcium , potassium , magnesium ,iron and phosphorus.
Flax seed (Alsi) with high level of Omega 3 fatty acids, is used for our health benefits. It reduces baad cholesterols , blood pressure , risk of ,cancer , diabetes.
Flax seed diet keeps us full in stomach for a longer time and thus manages and controls our weight, reducing our appetite.

Cooking Instructions

Fry the Alsi seeds in low flame. It splutter very quickly. Grind, giving pulse to the grinder.

Alsi has a lot of Omega fatty acids. So the seeds are oily when powdered.

Keep in an airtight container in refrigerator for future use.

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing jar and make chutney adjusting water.

Yummy Chutney is ready to serve with Breakfast or Main Course.

P.S. 2-4 tbsp of flaxseeds per day required for effective weight loss.
1 tbsp flaxseeds is 7 gm.
