Steps

First wash tomatoes & green chillies chopped separately & keep aside.

Heat the pan add oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds & mustard seeds saute for a minute add chopped green chillies saute for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes mix well then add dry spices like turmeric powder, red chilli powder & salt mix well & cover the pan with plate in low flame for few minutes.

When tomatoes cooked well stir continuously in low flame then add sugar or jaggery mix well cook few minutes more then garnish with coriander leaves.

This instant chutney is served with poori,paratha,chapati,rice & also in long journey you carry it.
