This is part of my ‘Getting ahead for Christmas’ recipe collection (although it’s delicious anytime of the year).

My winner starter that’s so quick to make! Ssssh! It’s so easy it’s just mixing the ingredients together! Such a great recipe that’s perfect for freezing before Christmas! All you do is lift it out of the freezer a day before and slice it whilst semi frozen so it keeps its round shape!

This recipe is for a starter size roulade! Try it with some sweet chilli sauce, iceberg lettuce and some crusty bread!

SWITCH IT UP MAYBE WHY NOT ...

Switch the horseradish for wasabi!

OR....

You can add dill instead of chives or parsley. A spoon of creme fraiche in the cream cheese works so well too!! Come on be inventive and create the easiest delicious no brainier starter for your Christmas Dinner!!

BONUS!

It can be made a month in advance and thrown in the freezer! That means more time to spend with your loved ones in Christmas Day! What could be better!
