Cooking Instructions
- 1
This is my Tawa which iam going to use for Tawa Zeera Aloo cooking, with simple ingredients at home.
- 2
Peel and wash aloo throughly.cut Aloo in bite size pieces.neither too thick nor too thin.keep them dip in water so as to avoid discolouration.
- 3
Keep tawa on medium flame.add oil at tawa.when oil is warm enough, add zeera in oil.let it crackle, then add cutti lal mirch, salt, haldi in oil & fry.keep flame low.
- 4
Fry masala at low flame so as not to burn it.add rinsed aloo pieces at tawa.mix aloo in masala well.
- 5
Cover tawa with lid, let aloo get tender in it's own water at low flame.check after 10 min, aloo are getting soft, add little water if needed or cover again & let the aloo get full cooked.I have added 3 Tbsp water in aloo only.
- 6
Check again in 5-7 min, when aloo are soft, give a quick mix at high heat so as to coat aloo in zeera masala well& done.Tawa Zeera Aloo are ready to serve.
- 7
Serve garma garam Tawa Zeera Aloo with chapati or paratha.i add 1 Tsp imli pulp for myself & my daughter likes to squeeze lemon over her Tawa Zeera Aloo.you can try both or eat as it is right from Tawa.Enjoy my Mentorship Tawa Zeera Aloo with Cookpad.

Ikayaki Ikayaki
If you visit Japan you should try ikayaki. Ikayaki is a popular, no frills Japanese street food which is usually served on sticks so that they can be eaten on the go and enjoyed with a cold beer. The squid is grilled until tender and drizzled with a combination of soy sauce and other Japanese condiments. Your visit is not complete if you have not try this Japanese street food. Gluten-Free Onion Focaccia with Asiago, Pears, and Cashews Gluten-Free Onion Focaccia with Asiago, Pears, and Cashews
I'm taking an amazing pizza-making course in Borore, where I'm learning recipes I never imagined I'd be able to make when I first started cooking. Gluten-free focaccia is one of them! I filled it with Asiago cheese (my choice for the global challenge) and other ingredients you'll discover as you read this recipe. Gabriele DeriuTranslated from Cookpad Italy -
Basic Tomato Bruschetta Dip Basic Tomato Bruschetta Dip
Ever find your basic tomato bruschetta getting a little unwieldy to eat, what with all those little pieces of tomato falling off everywhere? I did, so I started making a dip of it instead.Finely mince a large beefsteak tomato and put it in a bowl, grate a small garlic clove into the bowl, season to taste with salt, add some finely chopped fresh basil, and add a good glug or two of olive oil.You still get all that yummy flavor, and breaking off pieces of bruschetta and dipping it into the mixture softens those stabby crust edges. You can easily double this recipe. x -
