  1. 1mason jar dried chicken noodle soup mix
  2. 1 canchickpeas
  3. 1 canchicken broth
  4. 8 cupsWater
  5. Salt & Pepper
  6. 2small Green onion
  7. 2medium carrots
  8. 1 cancorn
  9. Chicken, Shredded or Diced
  10. Dried Soup Mix*
  11. 1 cupdried green split peas
  12. 1 cupdried yellow split peas
  13. 1 cupquinoa
  14. 1 cupwhite beans
  15. 1 teaspoongarlic salt
  16. 2 teaspoononion powder
  17. 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  18. 1 teaspoonground sea salt
  19. 2chicken bouillon cubes
  20. 2 cupspasta noodles

Cooking Instructions

    Set noodles aside. Place remaining soup mix, chickpeas, chicken broth, water, and chicken into large soup pot or crock pot. Cook on high for 2-4 hours or until beans are softened.

    Add green onion, carrot, corn, and salt & pepper. Simmer another 45-60 mins.

    Mine thickened up in the pot and I lost alot of broth. I also misjudged a big enough pot! You may need to add additional water as you go, depending on your pot and ingredients preferences. Great way to get rid of leftover chicken! 👍👍😏
