  1. 1 cupboiled rice
  2. 1/2 cupcarrot cubes
  3. 1/2 cupcapsicum cubes
  4. 1/2 cupspring onion cubes
  5. 1/2 cupcabbage julians
  6. 1/4 cup chopped beans
  7. 1/4 cupboiled peas
  8. 1/2 cupsliced mushrooms
  9. 1 tspchilli sauce
  10. 1 tbsptomato sauce
  11. 1 tspdark soya sauce
  12. 1/2 tspvinegar
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 1 tbsp oil
  15. 1 tspchopped garlic
  16. 1/2 cupchopped onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, saute for 1 minute. Add ginger and chopped onion. Fry till golden.

    Add all vegetables to the pan,mix.

    Add sauces to the vegetables and add salt.mix.and cook for 2 minutes on high flame.

    Add boiled rice, mix. Add soya sauce and vinegar. Saute for 2 minutes.

    Put off flame. Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot.
