Ingredients

  1. 2 tspbutter
  2. 2 tsp wheat flour
  3. 2 cupsmilk
  4. 2cloves
  5. 1bay leaf
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tsp pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat butter in a pan and melt it.

  2. 2

    Add wheat flour to it and mix well with no lumps.

  3. 3

    Cook till it gives aroma and add little milk mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook till it mix properly and it thickens add some more milk.

  5. 5

    Add cloves and tej patta and cook for sometime.

  6. 6

    Add salt and pepper and mix it well and when it thickens turn off gas and white sauce is ready.it can be used to make pastas lasagna.
