Ingredients

  1. 2duck breast
  2. 2 tbspyakitori seasoning
  3. Bunchtenderstem broccoli
  4. 4large mushrooms
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. 1 knobbutter
  7. Hot bbq

Cooking Instructions

    Light the Braai

  2. 2

    Score the skin with a knife and season the duck with yakitori seasoning

  3. 3

    Sear the duck skin side down on white coals

  4. 4

    Crush the garlic and add butter and melt. Then baste the mushrooms and grill both sides. Grill the broccoli

  5. 5

    Let the duck rest for 5 mins

  6. 6

    Slice the duck and serve
