  2. 3 cupFlour
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1 tspSugar
  5. 5 tspOil
  6. 2 tspInstant yeast
  7. 2 pinchBaking powder
  8. 1 cupMilk
  9. For filling
  10. 1/2 kgBonless chicken
  11. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  12. Tikka masala 2tsp pack
  13. 1 tspChilli flakes
  14. 1/2 tsporegano
  15. 1/2 cupFresh coriander (finely chopped)
  16. 1/2 cupCheese
  17. For topping
  18. Egg 1 for brushing
  19. Sesame seed

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly mix all dough ingredients and make a soft dough
    Cover and place it somewhere warm, leave it for 30 minutes to an hour to rise into double in sized

    All spice mix in chicken and Marinate for 15 minutes then cook with lil oil, when done set a side and mix coriander leaves and cheese

    When dough risen punch it down and quick kneaded then roll it in big rectangular shape put ur filling in Center, snip the sides with knife, overlap (fold) each other like braid, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle seeds
    Bake it for 30-40 minutes at 200 degree
