Ingredients

  • 4 slicesbread
  • 1 cupegg whites
  • 4 packetszero calorie sweetener
  • to tasteCinnamon
  • 1 pinchguar/xantham gum
  • Blueberries (optional)
  • Honey (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients into a blender

  2. 2

    Blend and save for later use or use now

  3. 3

    When cooking the batter, simply pour the desired size pancake into a sprayed pan on a medium to medium low heat and let cook to desired texture on both sides. Blueberries go in before flipping if you are using any.

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy!
