Ingredients

  1. 1 CupRajma soaked overnight
  2. 1onion sliced
  3. 2tomatoes diced
  4. 6-7garlic cloves
  5. 1green chilli slit
  6. 1/2 inchginger chopped
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tbspoil
  13. 1/2 tspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Take overnight soaked Rajma (Red Kidney beans) in a pressure cooker, add 1/2 tsp salt and cook for 4-5 whistles. Let the pressure gets released, take out the Beans and strain.

    In a grinder jar add Onion, tomatoes, green chilli, ginger and garlic cloves. Make a fine purée.

    Take a wok heat oil and crackle the cumin seeds, add onion tomato purée and cook until it starts to leave sides. Add all spices and cook again till mixture starts to leave sides.

    Now add Beans and water and cook for 10-15 mins. Add handful chopped coriander leaves.
