Heat 2 to3 tbsp oil in kadai. When it is hot add chopped ginger,garlic and green chilli. Fry it.

Then add chopped onion. Fry till onion become light brown. When it is ready add chopped tomatoes into it. Cook nicely till tomatoes becomes soft. Then add masala turmeric powder,cumin coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli, garam masala and salt. Mix and cook it in medium flame.

Once ready off the flame and add cashews nuts in it. Let it get cool. When it is cool grind it in mixer grinder into smooth paste.

Heat the 2 tbsp oil in pressure cooker. Then add masala in it. Fry it for a minutes. Then add soaked or fresh rajma in it. Add enough water as per thickness for gravy. Don't add more water. Then cook it for 3 to 4 whistle. Once ready garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot rajma Masala with rice.
