Preparations for Ramazan Shareef. Very useful and mostly common Kitchen required thing is called Ginger and Garlic paste which used in almost any meal that we prepared. If you don't like to peel off garlic before cooking so can make this useful paste and get rid of this "Jhanjatt" . Let's make G & G paste for saving time in Ramadan.

Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsGinger
  2. 200 gramsGarlic
  3. 2 tblsOil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel all garlic and ginger. Chopped the ginger in to small pieces.

    In chopper (can use blend or mixer) add Ginger and Garlic.

  3. 3

    Then add oil in it and blend. Mix with spoon after blending at once.

  4. 4

    Blend again for a minute. And pour all the paste in clean sterallized jar.

  5. 5

    Can use up to three weeks in fridge. (use always clean spoon for using paste).
